The Green Shake

The Green Shake
1 cup of Kale
1/2 cup of ripe mango
1/4 teaspoon of matcha green tea
1 cup of spinach
1/2 medium frozen banana
1 cup of almond milk or coconut milk
2 dates
(If you work in an office, you can make this at home and put in a water bottle. Bring to work (refrigerate) and drink 2-3 hours before lunch)
