Your Meal Plan:

Pre-workout meal
Green Tea

Post Workout Meal
Berries + cream shake
1/2 Cup of Frozen Berries
1 Cup of Half n Half
1 Scoop of Vanilla or Chocolate  Protein
Ice

Breakfast
Oatmeal, peanut butter, shredded coconut
1/4 Cup Oatmeal
1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter
Shredded coconut

Mid Morning snack
Greek or Full Fat Yogurt 1/2-3/4 Cup
Honey (Tablespoon)

Lunch
Thai Salad (For 2)
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 small head green or white cabbage (2 cups shredded)
1 large carrot (1½ cups shredded)
1 green papaya (1½ cups shredded)
½ cup fresh cilantro
½ cup green onions
½ cup chopped peanuts
*Peanut/thai dressing

 

Mid Afternoon Snack
Roasted Almonds

Dinner
Low Carb Sausage and Peppers
1 Red Pepper Sliced
1 Onion of Choice Sliced Grill Onions and Peppers with Butter When Close to carmelization (soft and sweetish) Add Spicy Italian Sausage pre sliced Cook Down until Butter and fat become like syrup at the bottom of the pan

Day Eleven Review:

Today I woke up really early, and was super proud of myself!
During my 21 Day Fast I am fasting my mornings… and I had several appointments and meetings, which meant an earlier day.

After some time, I then worked out – and had someone coming over. So I worked out really quickly. I did the whole workout minus 15 burpees – just couldn’t do it. However, I was proud of myself for not making an excuse to not do it.

I then had coffee (and a shake) with my friend Chelsea. We hung out for awhile and then I went to a meeting for one of my clients.

Mistake One: Not having lunch

Mistake Two: Not packing a snack

My meeting ended at 4:30 and I met Gracie and headed on the Subway to brooklyn for a meeting at 7:30. We came early because I wanted to see my parents in law Bob + Mavis.

Vitamix revival diet

When I got to Bob + Mavis’ house – I WAS STARVING. I asked for a banana or apple but mama Mavis did a lot better.

She first gave me an apple and spinach peach amazing green smoothie. Then made me a broccoli + cheddar cheese soup. Both were made in the VITAMIX and it was so quick and easy.

Now I want a vitamix haha

  1. Um, yeah. This workout kicked my butt this morning. But I DO feel my upper body getting stronger during the burpees, and less than two weeks in!
