3 large beets (pre-steamed and peeled)
1 medium granny smith apples
3/4 cup chopped raw pecans
2 1/2 packed cups of Spinach, lightly chopped
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup of goat cheese
Sea salt (to taste)
Ground black pepper (to taste)
