Jessi’s Coconut Shake

Jessi’s Coconut Shake
1 scoop of protein
3 Tbsp. of shredded un-sweetened coconut
1 Tbsp. of coconut oil
1/2 cup of half and half
few ice cubes
1 tsp of coconut cream (not necessary, just extra for taste if you have it)
*Blend it all up and enjoy!
