Ingredients
  1. 1 scoop of Vanilla Protein
  2. 1/2 cup of water
  3. 1 cup of Frozen wild berries
  4. 1 banana
  5. 1/2 cup of half and half
Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients in a blender
  2. Blend till smooth
  3. Enjoy!
