Day Thirteen

Tip of the day: Find pictures that motivate you and keep them on your phone, this will help you have vision for your goals.

Your Meal Plan:

Pre-workout meal
Jessi green shake
2 handfulls of Kale
1 cup of mixed berries – frozen blueberries, strawberries + raspberries
1 cup of green tea
ice
stevia
coconut oil
*Drink 1/2 the shake

Post Workout Meal
*Drink the rest of the shake

Breakfast
Whole grain cereal (Go Lean Crunch)
Half cup yogurt
1/4 cup fruit

Mid Morning snack
1/2 Apple with Peanut Butter

Lunch
2 Low carb wraps
Avocado
Turkey or Chicken Slices
Munster Cheese
Mustard

Mid Afternoon Snack
LaraBar

Dinner
Spinach
Ground Beef Seasoned with Cumin Powder
Peppadews
Sour Cream
Shredded Cheddar Cheese

 

Workout:

Warm Up
15 arm circles
(extend arms to the side at shoulder level, make small circles with your hands forward then backward)
* Repeat set of 15 3x (Total 45 arm circles with 30 second break in between sets)

Workout

10 push ups or knee push ups
10 torso rotations (When doing this exercise your feet should be more than hip width apart. Take a dumbbell or kettlebell and hold it in both hands. Bend your knees into a squat (as shown in picture A). While you stand, rotate your torso to the left, raising the dumbbell over your shoulder (as shown in picture B). Return to starting positions and do the same for the other side. That’s one rep, repeat x10.)
10 Burpees

30 second rest in between
Repeat 3X

Day Thirteen Review:

sarabeths park avenue south

Today I was still feeling kinda sick 🙁

I slept in for a bit and then met Gracie at Sarabeth’s on Park Avenue South. We met with some great girls from an advertising agency – and came up with some amazing collaborations for 2014. I love brainstorming ideas, partnerships, and new projects!

After the meeting, Gracie and I headed to my apartment and worked on a bunch of things. We are in the process of planning our Vegas trip as well as some fun blog stuff. I love having a best friend that I can work with and bounce ideas off of.

I still wasn’t feeling well, so I didn’t work out today. I actually am thinking about getting some gym classes in the neighborhood. Any Suggestions? I want to do Pure Barre but it’s pretty expensive.

Tonight, Parker and I are heading to our friends Jackie + Jesse’s for dinner. This weekend, we are heading out to Huntington for time with my family, so I hope I feel better soon.

DAY THIRTEEN COMPLETE! (minus the workout because I can barely breathe)
